Dear Grand Lodge Committeemen Gary:
Thank you for the GREAT NEWS ! It is certainly an honor for me to have
been the President of the Massachusetts Elks Association in the year
that our Association's Publication has earned a 5 STAR Award for the
first time.
We are very proud of the hard work of our State Editor Dotty Balestrieri.
Dotty told me when the year started that she was going to try to make
this a banner year for our newspaper.
As evidenced by the receipt of this award, Dotty was true to her word.
Thanks again,
