Massachusetts State Elks Association Annual Walk Around the Lake
Sign up time is 10:15 AM and starting time is 11:00 AM. All walkers will receive a free T-shirt.
As in the past we are requesting that all Walkers assemble on the front lawn by the Statue of the Elk at the Wakefield Lodge for pictures. Photos of the group will be sent to our National Magazine, Email News Editor James Strojny and to Dottie Balestrieri, Editor of the Mass. Elks News.
Drivers will be available to transport anyone wanting a ride to the Lake or back from the Lake. Cold water will be given to each Walker at the time of registration and our Volunteer Drivers will have extra water if you like some.
Lunch will be served after you finish the Walk in the Up-stairs hall of the Wakefield Elks so bring an appetite and get ready for a fun filled morning’s walk and a great WALK with good friends.
Anyone wishing to sponsor the Walk should send their check in as soon as possible. If your name isn’t listed below we have not as of yet received your sponsorship check.
All checks must be mailed no later than August 31, 2009, to be assured a spot on the T-shirt.
ENF Lodge Chairman if you could give us an idea on just how many WALKERS will be participating from your Lodge that would be great. Call Tony Giannetti at: 781-334-5203.
