The date is fast approaching and we are finalizing the
preparations for the arrival of our Grand Exalted Ruler
James Nichelson and our Hospitality Room at the Mansfield
Holiday Inn for the weekend of October 2nd and 3rd.
If
you are planning on bringing a food or drink item, can you
please contact Karen Norton at
dopey2149@aol.com This will help to ensure we don't get
too much of one thing. Any and all donations are greatly
appreciated!

Chelmsford Lodge #2310 Holds Official
Dedication Of Their New Lodge Building
Finally after more than 5 years since their
Lodge was destroyed by fire, Chelmsford Lodge Officers and Members have
moved into their new facility. And what a beautiful lodge it is. If
you are in the Chelmsford area, please stop in and see for yourself.
Congratulations Chelmsford Lodge, you never
gave up !!!

MA Elks Ritual Committee News
The MA Elks State Lodge Ritual contest will
be on Sunday February 28, 2010. The winner of this contest will
represent Massachusetts at the National Convention in Orlando in July.
Any lodge wishing to host the contest can

State Chairman Ritual Excellence Committee
Update on Hudson Lodge PDD Richard Tucker
Great News, Dick Tucker is scheduled to be
released to go home tomorrow afternoon from his rehabilitation
residence. Bad news, he needs to now eat a "heart healthy" diet and
Dick is not a COOK, so for the next few weeks if anyone wishes to drop
off some healthy food, that would be great, there is a sign up list at
the Hudson Lodge for anyone who wishes to assist.
