Grand Lodge Committeeman for  Membership in Area 1.

MA Elks 2008-2009 Lodge Bulletin Contest
 
District Bulletin Contest:

Lodge Bulletin Chairmen: If you wish your lodge to participate in the State bulletin contest you must Make sure the your district editor receives 3 different copies of your lodge bulletin ASAP! If they aren’t already on your mailing list. The district editors are  responsible for judging at the District level.  Your District Editors can be found in the state book under the Mass Elks News Publications Committee.

District Editors:   You should finish with you judging by March 15 and should send you winning bulletins to me no later then April 1st.  I will see that they get to State Lodge activities committee for judging a the State Level.  If  you need bulletins in your district  contact your Exalted Rulers, I am sure they’ll get them to you.

Each District should have one winner!
