Change in Date for Next Year's 3rd Regional Meeting of the MA Elks Association
 
Since it was brought to my attention that the NFL Superbowl falls on the originally scheduled 3rd Regional Meeting for next year, which was February 7, 2010 (and I wouldn't want to upset the NFL, by having a meeting on their special day).

I have moved the meeting to Sunday January 31, 2010, which will still be held at the Auburn-Webster Lodge #2118.

Sorry for the inconvenience this change may make.

PS - If the NFL does go to more regular season games, I will file a protest with the NFL, as to not to interfere with the MA Elks Association in the future, lol.
Information Needed for the Next Issue of the MA Elks Newspaper
 

District Deputies don’t forget to email me a list of all your Elks & Officers of the year for the lodges in your districts, for publication into the next issue of the mass elks news.  Asap please.

 

Candidates for state office: 

If you are running for State office and you are in a race, I will need a short Bio and Picture from you no later then the regional Meeting, sooner if you can.

 

If you running unopposed please send me you picture, name , name and number for your lodge, your district and which office your running for.

 

You can send them any time to harleyelk@comcast.net , early is better.
