Attention - 2009-2010 MA Elks Organizational Meeting

With the permission of our State President Bill Reilly, I had asked if it would be possible for me to hold my organizational meeting before the convention.  Bill was gracious enough to grant me this meeting during his year and with that I have scheduled the Organizational Meeting for Thursday, May 21, 2009 at the Boston Lodge for 7:00 PM.  There will be no meal with this meeting.

I am asking all State Officers, State Chairmen and concerned members to attend this meeting, if at all possible.  And feel free to pass the word around to those who wish to attend.  I know that this is a lodge meeting night for some, but please see that your committee is represented at this meeting.

We will be outlining the year ahead and also going over the MA Elks Association Calendar.  I truly believe we will have an outstanding year, especially if we are all on the same page, right from the start.

Thank you and I look forward to working with all of you for the year to come.

Jim Strojny - President-Elect MA Elks Association, Inc.
