Final Workshop for CLMS Training

Lodge Membership System
(CLMS)
As announced at Grand
Lodge Convention in Anaheim, use of the Chicago Lodge Membership System
(CLMS) will become mandatory on October 31, 2008. Download information
can be found on the Grand Lodge web-site at
http://ChicagoLMS.NET.
You will also find helpdesk contact information and a listing of State
and District Coordinators to assist you at elks.org.
CLMS Workshop
The final workshop will be held for Lodge
Secretaries on Sunday
October 5, 2008 at the Ludlow Lodge20#2448and
any others that are interested in learning more about20converting to or
using CLMS. The start time will be 9:00 AM; coffee and… will be served.

Weather
Manny Goncalves, Exalted Ruler of
Fall River Lodge #118, is suffering with Lime Disease and is slowly
recovering. He has a long road ahead of him and anyone wishing to send
cards or best wishes please do so. I am sure he would appreciate the
kind thoughts. Please keep him and his family in your thoughts and
prayers.
